Performed precision oil boiler maintenance. Cleaned flues including breech at wall and heat exchanger. Replac d nozzle and filter. Testo 310 combustion analyzer test prod combustion is fine. Checked electrical components and verified both zone valves thermostats operational. There is an internal leak at the pump we offered to replace pump and left estimate with homeowner. There is also very corroded piping on the domestic coil piping. The boiler is operating fine at this time.
