PECO Heat Pump Tune Up. Tested AC. 16F temp split. Replaced filter. Tested all electric components. No trap at drain; coil on negative side. Tested condensate pump. High Superheat Low suction pressure during cooling. Tested for leaks using IR leak detector. Indoor coil should be replaced. Ran System in Heating. Strip heater is not energizing on call for HP. Checked heat pump. temp split. Checked amp draw and temp split during emergency heat cycle. Completed PECO Heat Pump Tune Up Form Provided estimate to install EZ trap and become a plan member. Provided Estimate to become plan member and replace indoor coil. Provided Estimate for plan membership, replace indoor coil, and install EZ Trap.
