Performed quality assurance on recently installed system, system is zone 3 zones and it is using a Arzel system, noticed system is going off on low supply temp limit, system would only work for about 5 minutes would cycle on low temp limit, with one or all three zones calling, supply temp 40 turned down limit to 35 and check operation refrigerant pressures ok noticed return air is 68 F...first floor temp is 74. System is pulling return air from basement found gaps and one open return informed customer about findings would recommend sealing the gaps of main return truck using silicone and also replace 3 pieces of paning so we can sealed return duct connections.
