Found inducer motor running but not glowing hsi . Found crack in hsi. Also found burners rusted and corroded and some rust forming in heat exchanger. Recommended to homeowner that the system should be replaced. They ate renting the home . Wanted to just do repairs at this time replaced hsi and 20x20x1 air filter. Called distributer about burners and they are out about 3-5 days, will need to return to replace burners. Also performed combustion test. Furnace is working at time of service. Found piece of exhaust pipe completely rusted out. Will order piece of 6†pipe that is rusted out. No heat at this.
