After arriving found thermostat set on 70 degrees and thermostat reading 59 degrees room temp. Nothing was running. Checked the power switch at the top of the steps and found it to be off. Turned power switch on and checked the static pressure on second stage and found it to be 1.19 in heating mode. Asked homeowner how it has been since the fan speed was lowered at the last visit, she said it does hardly ever go into the second stage so they are ok with it at this time.
