Reclaimed and removed old equipment. Installed new Amana high efficiency gas furnace, evaporator coil and condenser. Reconnected supply drop. Fabricated new supply plenum and insulated. Installed txv. Ran new condensate line and tied into existing floor drain. Installed intake drain and reconnected intake and exhaust venting. Reconnected gas and leak checked. Installed new outlet and switch. Wired ez trap to break r circuit. Brazed in coil and condenser with nitrogen and pressure tested to 300, then evacuated down to 97 microns. Installed new whip and disconnect. Installed new condenser pad. Adjusted charge and gas pressures. Performed combustion test. System is operating at manufacture specifications.
