Performed cooling maintenance, checked air filter. Blew out condensate trap and drain. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values ok. Started heat pump, checked refrigerant charge, found unit low on charge. Topped off refrigerant charge and balanced by sub cooling. Checked operation and temperature drop across coil. Need 24x24x1 filter
