Performed precision a/c tune up on 2 York a/c systems. Replaced 16x25x1 and 16x20x1 air filters. Checked all electrical conections and components. Found 1st floor a/c compressor starting a little rough at times recommended installing a hard start kit. Also homeowner talked about air purification, sent over an estimate to install 2 reme air purifiers. Checked both systems temperature splits at indoor coils, indoor coils are very rusted and corroded. Blew out condensate drains on both systems. Tested capacitors inside and out. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Both a/c’s are definitely getting older but are working at time of inspection
