Reclaimed and removed old equipment. Installed new leveled pad, disconnect, whip, and Amana condenser. Flushed line set and brazed in with nitrogen. Installed new pan in attic and placed Amana gas furnace and evaporator coil in pan elevated on snow feet. Brazed in with nitrogen, pressure tested to 300 psi and evacuated down to 167 microns. Reconnected and sealed all ductwork. Installed new ez trap and tied condensate piping into existing drain. Installed wet switch and wired with ez trap to break r. Wired in low volt connections. Installed new switch and wired in. Reconnected gas line and leak checked. Installed new flu piping to existing vertical runs. Tested system in heat and adjusted gas pressures and performed combustion test. Tested system in cool and adjusted charge. System running great at time of install. Customer is concerned with a noise heard from the hallway return. I tried modifying airflow to remedy but there was only a slight change. Will need to contact customer about
