Performed Quality Assurance on Bosch Heat Pump system. Completed Checklist Form in system. Homeowner stated that the humidity levels have been high in the home since the new installation. Homeowner has a Temperature / Humidity Gauge that tracks the levels in the home. Upon arrival unit was set to 73 Degrees on the thermostat and humidity was about 58 Percent. Turned unit down to 71 degrees and checked operation. Measured refrigerant charge and air temperature readings. Was measuring a 16-20 Degree delta and refrigerant levels were to standards. Checked all Dip switch settings which were set correctly. Wet Bulb reading was about 63 Degrees in the home. The Heat Pump is set correctly and operating normally. Recommended that he tries to lower temperature to see if that improves humidity levels. Also spoke to him about the humidity levels in the basement. There is a portable dehumidifier in the basement that is set to 50% and runs constantly. May need to install a larger dehumidifier or a
