Plan member AC maintenance; 2.5 Ton Amana AC (TXV): Replaced filter provided by homeowner. Measured temperature split and static pressure. Checked condition of both indoor and outdoor coils. Checked EZ trap and condensate pump. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. Air conditioner is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
