Disconnected and removed Old gas heater evaporator coil and condenser Reused Return Drive in line set, flushed line set out and blew nitro tho them. Installed new 90% Gas heater along with new 1900 box switch and receptacle,Also installed new gas piping from shut off valve to gas valve on the heater. Reattach the return drop, install customer supply Plenum, Tape and sealed all holes in both. Installed new easy trap and reattached voltage wires, wired in ez trap in Series breaking R from the tstat. Leveled outdoor unit with 36 inch lentils and one bag of stand, install pad on stone. Installed new disconnect box whip and reattached low-voltage wires sealed around disconnect and line set holes Did start up test on unit added 1 lbs. 2 oz. of 410 a refrigerant, had a 19° TD then test it out the heat adjusted gas pressures and then a combustion test took a static pressure reading and everything was good a time of completion
