Found unico air handler with amana outdoor heat pump. Found 2 amp fuse blown on unico control board in attic. Fuse is a special size but there was a spare fuse on the board. Went and checked over low voltage wiring and found out at outdoor heat pump low voltage high pressure switch wiring had rubbed against copper tubing and had a bare spot where it was arching against piping, this would cause it to blow small fuse at air handler. After replacing fuse and repairing shorted wire heat pump system came right on and is functioning again. Checked refrigerant pressures at outdoor temp of 39 degrees 410a pressures were 290/70.
