Performed Precision AC Tune Up on system. Replaced High Efficiency 413 Air Filter provided by Homeowner. Cleaned Condensation Pump and Drain Line. Added a Union Fitting to Drain Pipe to better access Condensation Pump. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor units. Measured Refrigerant Charge on system. Checked Humidifier to ensure that it was closed and the Control was turned off. System is operating to standards at this time. Recommend operating Fan at the Thermostat in Circulate to help balance air throughout the Home in between cooling cycles.
