Performed precision peco tune up. 20x20x1 air filter is clean. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. System is 18,000 btu. System is a 1992. Overall condition is ok but should be replaced due to age of the system. Homeowner does not use system at this time.
