Performed precision peco heat tune up on Coleman heat pump. Electronic air filter is clean. Found very clogged up humidifier pad , serviced humidifier with Aprilaire #35 humidifier pad. Checked operation of emergency heat. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Heat pump is working fine at time of service. Also found leaking 80 gallon electric water heater. Talked to homeowner about replacement. Water heater is a 2005. They only have two people living there so wanted a price on a 50 gallon electric. Found leaking 80 gallon hot water heater, replaced with 50 gallon 1. PECO Acc# 6681069149 2. Measured refrigerant charge and took air temperature measurements. Suction Pressure 81 and liquid pressure 370. Refrigerant was to standards. 3. Filter is clean. 4. Motors are encased motors and do not need to be lubricated. 5. Evaporator and condenser coils were inspected and did not need to be cleaned. 6. Heat pump capacity is 48,000 Btus for heating and coo
