Found when we arrived found nothing running . Found that outdoor unit was locked out on high pressure lock out but indoor unit was not running on emergency heat. Found that common wire was loose on terminal block at indoor unit tightened up conection and turned system back on and checked refrigerant pressures. Pressures were 279/81 at 42 degrees. Also found air filter is pretty dirty it is a 20x24x1, this does not help with airflow, homeowner is going to pick one up recommend to Change more frequently than every 3 months . Also performed a new software update on system and checked over set up in cool cloud. Found a code in cool cloud that said blower motor not running, incorrect or loose wiring, or fan motor upstruction. Checked over rest of settings in cool cloud. System is working fine now.
