Attic unit, heat pump with air handler, found system off upon arrival, set thermostat to call for ac, noticed auxiliary pan was full of water, check drain did not see any blockage on drain, flushed drain with two gallons of water draining fine, auxiliary pan is not level, check ac operation pressures 410........310/140 filter ok, coil looks to be clean, system does not have ez trap or wet switch, unit is from 2009, not sure where the water came from. Primary pan could be cracked and leaking into auxiliary pan, needs further troubleshooting on checking main drain pan, main drain is fine, pressures are within manufacture specifications emailed proposal to check primary pan add water sensor and ez trap, would also recommend the option with system replacement
