AC tune up for 3 ton Amana communicating AC system. 22F temp rise. Closed humidifier damper. Filter ok. Cleaned EZ trap and tested condensate pump. All electric motors and components ok. Refrigeration stats ok. Field and manufacturer wiring ok. Note there is one basement return that influences return temps. Relocating this return and adding a return to first floor would improve comfort and also performance of system. System is operating well at the time of this service.
