Water leak from kitchen mini split head, noticed some water dripping from front cover, removed cover and inspect drain line, found drain line not connected and draining directly behind wall, tried to re connect drain line, would not stayed together, needed longer piece, added 3 extra inches of drain line and strap drain line along line set and creating slope alway from unit, after repairs check drain by adding one gallon of water into drain pan, drain line is draining ok with no issues. Ran unit for 2 minutes (customer had to leave) filters need to get clean, customer will take care of them since he needed to leave. No charge installation warranty
