Had homeowner give thermostat a call for cooling. System came on and had no codes at the outdoor board. Checked refrigerant pressures, pressures were good. Got homeowner to turn temperature up to cycle of outdoor unit. Turned temp back down in cooling, system came on correctly. Homeowner had turned down temperature on way home from vacation and said it was at 75 when he came home and expected it to be cooler. System is working fine at time of service.
