Plumbing repair for a residential customer. Went to repair a leaking washing machine for the homeowner. Inspected the machine and found a hole in the hose was causing the leak. Replaced the hose on the unit and tested it to make sure everything was secure. The customer was pleased with the service.
Went out to help a residential customer because their garbage disposal was not working. When looking at the disposal, found that the motor had died. Spoke with the customer and they decided to go ahead and replace the system. Ordered the parts and went out the next day to install the new garbage disposal. The new disposal is operating as it should.
Replaced contactor, one year part and labor warranty also checked refrigerant charge and replaced filter, the thermostat wire going from furnace to condenser is damaged and should be replaced soon. The evaporator coil and condenser are older than furnace but operating great at this time, but may need to be upgraded in the future.
Cleaned condenser coil with water hose. Refrigerant caps contractors ets looked good. Issue with filtration, filter should be at furnace inside cabinet. 16*26*1. Currently filters are at return boxes with no filter frame grill. Small 14*14 return in garage has no filter. All else looks good
Replaced air filter 16*25*1. Replaced dual capacitor 35/5. Capacitor was leaking an below specs at 32/5 . Washed condenser coil with hose. Inspected refrigerant compressor all other components. No leaks .
