My furnace was not working properly and I called several other heating and furnace service companies in the area. Not one called back except Dirks. Dirks called us back in less than 10 minutes and an appropriate service plan was setup. Ben showed up promptly the next morning as agreed and quickly diagnosed and fixed the furnace problem at a very reasonable price. Ben was polite and professional. My wife and I will do all future furnace ,air conditioner and hot water heater business with Dirks from now on. I feel like we have a company and service technician we can trust.

Shane was willing and Able to accomplish a customized installation of our HVAC system, and install a Thermostat which we could monitor AND Command with our Android phone.! GREAT JOB !
It isn't often that a person comes to service something and takes the time to listen to any concerns and then gives suggestions for eliminating the situations. Shane is very good at that.

Our geo/boiler upgrade was a complicated project. Even with "expert" mechanical engineering we ran into some compatibility issues with the control panels, the equipment, and integrating a wifi thermostat. Shane was persistent and mapped out all the existing wiring, figured out the problem, and was able to get everything working. The system works as planned. All is well that ends well. We recently purchased a Ptac system from Dirks. The system was installed in about 10 days. Shortly after we realized that the system would heat but not cool. I called Dirks around 5:30 pm (after hours) and received a call from Shane about 10 minutes. He indicated that he was about 20 minutes from us and arrived as promised. He quickly found the problem, a wiring issue. The problem was complex to solve, with Shane testing multiple options. He stayed with the problem for over two hours to resolve the issue. Shane is a real problem solver, looking at how the system was programmed from the manufacturer to solve the problem. I have rarely seen the dedication and perserverence that Shane displayed and would highly reccomend him and Dirks. Thanks Shane for keeping us cool this summer. Jon

Service work was simply annual contracted maintenance service. They also reconnected the AC since it was temporarily disconnected due to some remodeling. Pleasant Service people and very knowledgeable. Office staff are also very easy to work with and pleasant. Good people!
