Completed 2 system Heat maintenance on furnace. Both furnaces are operating properly at this time. Replaced filters. Both furnaces are old Trane furnaces, I recommend replacing.
DCM 2 : A/C complete, replaced (2) F16251 filters. Systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for outdoor and indoor weather conditions. Photo and maintenance checklist attached. Indoor blower capacitor was weakened, homeowner decided to replace.
