Ron arrived and started testing the unit and in a very short time he located the problem and changed the part. We had our heat back on and he was on to his next job. After being told the evening before it couldn't be fixed until today, we weren't too happy with not having heat all night. Ron came in and turned the whole thing around by being so knowledgeable and efficient. He is a huge asset for the Doc Dancer team in my opinion.
