Maintenance on Trane AC and Heating systems in Katy Tx
I'm performing a air-conditioning maintenance on a Trane unit. Maintenancing the unit to prevent a no cool situation. Checking and servicing the outdoor and indoor components to prevent the unit from running excessively long and not cooling. Cleaning and sanitizing the drain lines to prevent excessive water leakage or a drain clog or excessive drip of water flow from the drain line.
Poor cool on carrier system, puron 410a refrigerant leak on copper evaporator coils. Carrier heat pump
Tune up on both systems and the a/c is working fine on both systems.
