After a disaster, every single aspect of rebuilding is stressful, tiring, and depressing. Well, NOT this time! While every other contractor I had issue after issue with, Dr.Cool/Professor Heat turned everything around for us. They were thorough, they explained everything to us, they were knowledgeable, they worked around our schedule, and they made this part of the rebuild as painless as possible. They will be who we call for the rest of our lives! I say the rest of our lives because i know this company will be around long after we’re gone, they’re THAT amazing of a company!!

Not only am I convinced that the job was done correctly but he went over and above any customer service I have had anywhere. I was well informed with what was wrong what he did to improve the life and the cost savings plan of maintenance I could perform to keep my system running most efficiently. Gave me options in layman terms and told me what parts will need attetion and when.
