I was called to a home to repair a supply duct that had come apart in a small crawl space. The duct was located in a very tight space and I was unable to access it. I had to remove the drywall and insulation to gain access to the duct. Once I was able to access the duct, I found that it had come apart at the seams. I repaired the duct by replacing the damaged sections and securing them with tape and mastic. I then replaced the insulation and drywall and tested the duct to ensure it was working properly. The homeowner was very pleased with the work and thanked me for my help.
