I was called to a home to inspect and repair a furnace that was not working properly. Upon arrival, I found that the furnace was running, but the blower speed was low. I checked the filter and found that it was dirty, so I changed it. After that, I raised the blower speed to the recommended level and the furnace started working properly. The customer was very happy with the service and thanked me for my help.
