I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a plumbing maintenance job at a new build home that is about 5 years old. The home has three full baths, two on the first floor and one on the second. During my inspection, I thoroughly checked all the toilets in the home. I flushed each toilet multiple times to ensure there was no water at the base or the supply line, and I checked to see if they wobbled. I also inspected all the laboratory faucets in the home. They had the push pop-up assembly, and all of them worked perfectly, with no stuck or dripping issues. I also checked the tub shower combos in the home. They all worked great and appeared to be in excellent condition. I turned off the water to the tub and shower faucets and checked for any water dripping underneath the cabinets.
