I arrived at the customer's home to find a transformer with 120 volts coming in but no power going out. I replaced the transformer and found a bear wire in the thermostat's wiring. I cut the bad part out of the thermostat, rewired it, and ran the unit, blower, and inducer motor. The blower and inducer motor sounded like the bearings were going out, so I informed the customer that the unit was running in heat.
