The customer called to report that their propane fireplace was not working. I arrived at the customer's home and found that the pilot light was out. I checked the gas line and found that it was not connected properly. I reconnected the gas line and the pilot light came on. I tested the fireplace and found that it was working properly. The customer was happy with the service and paid me for the service.
