Great Service. Furnance went out and they were here same day to address the issue. Unfortunately our 27 year old furnace needed replaced but they were able to install a new one the nest day! Cody and Brandon were very courteous.

Spoke to customer upon arrival. Wanted bathroom remodel roughed in. Gave estimate for rough in of bathroom. The estimate also included a new hose bib in basement for her garden. Also included new faucet for utility sink in garage. Customer paid half down with check

Flush completed. Tp valve is dripping. Smelled gas on arrival and located leak past the ball valve unable to find with bubbles. Tank is back drafting and needs the flue pipe reworked and possible chimney liner. Old gas line looks like 3/8 and bent to reach the gas valve. Requesting follow up for plumber. Gas has been shut off to the tank.
Unable to reach customer to advise fill valve and fill hose are not covered. Never received drain pump.
Completed flush also tested for radon. Levels are slightly elevated customer isn't interested in mitigation.
System working on arrival. Told cold to properly diagnose any issues r22 piston coil 46°. Requesting another appointment.
Return to replace expansion tank. Temperature and pressure valve. And a waterline leak. Found that water pressure going to house was 120 psi. Explain to customer that we will not be able to warranty any work done today if PRV is not put in. Customer decided to go without. Customer paid with check
