I was called by a customer to fix a problem with their air conditioner. I arrived at the customer's house and found that the air conditioner was not working. I diagnosed the problem and gave the customer an estimate for the repair. The customer agreed to the estimate and I scheduled a time to come back and make the repair. However, when I called Old Republic to approve the estimate, they were not able to do so. I called the customer and let them know that Old Republic was not able to approve the estimate and that I would have to come back another day to make the repair. The customer agreed to the delay and I scheduled a new appointment for the next day.
