I was called to flush and drain a water heater and change the whole house filter. I arrived at the customer's house and found that the water heater was not draining properly. I used a drain snake to clear the drain and then flushed the water heater with a solution to remove any sediment or debris. After that, I replaced the whole house filter with a new one. The customer was very satisfied with the service and thanked me for my help.
