I was called to a home to diagnose a water heater issue. Upon arrival, I found that the water heater was not producing hot water. I checked the power supply and found that the power cord was loose. I tightened the power cord and tested the water heater again. The water heater was now producing hot water. I explained to the customer how to maintain the water heater and answered any questions they had.
