I was called to a home to address a complaint from a homeowner regarding her thermostat. Upon arrival, I found that the homeowner was not using the thermostat correctly. I went over the thermostat with her and made sure she could set it. I also noticed that the return air duct was not properly installed, so I scheduled an installer to return to the home to rework the duct.
