I was on the phone with tech support for over an hour and confirmed that the top element of the water heater was bad. They are sending a replacement to the homeowner. Anthony went out, tested the upper element, and it read zero, indicating it needed a replacement. I arrived today to swap out the element. The client wanted us to call them beforehand to discuss the parts that arrived, but Rheem is closed today due to the holiday. Currently, the client is using the heat pump for the water heater to keep the water hot. I informed the client that due to the holiday, we may be able to get a hold of rain as soon as Monday.
