I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a no-heat call at a client's home. Upon arrival, I found that the system was running, but there was a pressure code indicating a potential issue. I conducted a thorough walk-through of the system and identified that the pressure switches diaphragms were not closing fully or were closing and staying closed, preventing the system from operating as it should. During the visit, I also noticed some blower motor oil leaking out. I recommended proactive replacement of the pressure switches diaphragms to prevent future issues. The client agreed to the proactive replacement, and I provided them with information on the benefits of proactive maintenance.
