I was called out to a home for plumbing maintenance. The client had three full baths in the home. I inspected all the toilets in the home. All the toilets flushed great. They did not wobble. I also did not notice any water at the base nor the supply line for all the toilets. I also inspected the laboratory faucets in the home. Pop-up assemblies work great with no issues. They turned on and off with ease and drained perfectly. I inspected the showers and tubs in the homes. Tell spouts worked great. The divers worked as they should. Shower heads did not drip once they were done. The client has a tankless water heater. I descaled it. I did not notice any issues regarding the heater. Once I was done, I turned it back on and isolated the valves as they should be. We're good to go here.
