I completed a furnace maintenance service for a client who was experiencing a plethora of airflow issues. Upon inspection, I found that the client's home had a lack of insulation in the crawlspace, which could be the cause of the airflow problems. I also noticed that the client's furnace was disconnected from the ductwork, which could be the reason for the airflow issues. I provided the client with several recommendations to address these issues, including insulation and ductwork repair. I completed the furnace maintenance service without any major flaws, and the client will be reaching out in the future for additional services such as duct cleaning and potential work modifications.
