Job Checkin

I received a call from a customer who reported that their furnace was not working. Upon arrival, I found that the inducer was completely full of water. I immediately spoke to the customer about the concerns for the furnace. I explained that the furnace was overheating due to exhaust gases not being able to escape from the system. I took a camera in and found cracking from heat damage. I tested the furnace with the old school method of watching the flames flicker. I determined that the furnace was no longer safe to operate and that it would be more reliable and help with the customer's comfort issues. I recommended that a new furnace be installed, which would be more reliable and would help with the customer's comfort issues. The new furnace is expected to be installed on Monday, as the supply house is not open due to the holiday.
