I had a tech come out, had some concerns and brought it up to the company. Jordan reached out and really listened to my concern, offered solutions, and though I ended up with an alternative fix to my initial problem, I will definitely be keeping this company in mind for any future service needs I may have. Hes an outstanding manager who treated me fairly and I appreciate him. I want to base my ratings on just my experience with Jordan.
