Our Service Tech, Neal Eschete was a wonderful help when our unit wasn’t working properly when we returned home from a long vacation away. He arrived within the promised time, serviced the unit and ensured was working properly before signing off on the service call. He was very informative in other upgrades available to enhance our pre-existing unit for the ultimate comfort for our home. Also, ensured us that if anything, anything happens don’t hesitate to call any time of day he will come out. We have been customers of Doug’s for just shy of a year and have been more than satisfied with them. Highly recommend them.

6 month spring check up

Daniel Tabor performed the six month check up along with diagnosing the problem with the main AC unit. The variable speed motor was the issue and Daniel replaced the motor. Daniel cleaned and checked all three units. He provided excellent service and well represented Doug’s.
