Performed 2 System Ac Tune 1 of 2. Checked operations found clogged up drain line on main system. Performed one time courtesy clear under maintenance tune up. I tested operations everything is working properly at this time.

I did find on back bedroom system UV bulb was burnt. Homeowner approved to have a Reme Halo installed. I installed new Reme halo and tested operations everything is working properly at this time.
