Needed a new AC system and went to Drake. Steve Chrismer helped us decide on the correct unit and gave us an option for new ductwork. He didn’t pressure us or try the hard sell, which was appreciated. The install guys were awesome. They were friendly, hardworking, professional and really knew how to clean up after each day’s work. Because the old AC system and poorly installed ductwork had to be pulled out and replaced, the job took an extra day, and they made sure it was done right. Installer Tom, great at explaining things, even found a hole in the attic roof where the dryer vent should have been attached and fixed it. Also, all of you guys were especially kind to my elderly mother. Much appreciated!
