I have been dealing with drake for years. Man was out for tuneup. Told I was in need of a couple of things. When told of what that would take to fix an old system verses new install. I decided new, yes I might have gotten a better price but not sure of quality install from another company. Well John and Arron showed up on time. I walked them through showed what had to be done. They started right in and went to work. They worked together well helping each other and each doing their own part. I asked a lot of questions while they worked. Each took the time to answere me. Everything went well. Rheem is going to haft to prove itself, josh and Arron already did!!
