Problems in new homes are never fun
Working for a new customer in Plumsted, NJ. I completed the installation of an air handler add-on to improve system performance. Mounted the air handler and connected it to the existing ductwork. Verified proper airflow and checked the blower motor for smooth operation. Calibrated the thermostat and tested the system for consistent air distribution. The system is now optimized for comfort.
Completed a boiler repair in Plumsted, NJ. The issue stemmed from a malfunctioning circulator pump, which was causing uneven heat distribution. After isolating the system, replaced the faulty pump and bled the air from the radiators to restore proper flow. Inspected the pressure relief valve and tested the expansion tank for any pressure issues. Performed a combustion analysis to ensure the boiler was operating at optimal efficiency. The system is now functioning correctly, providing consistent heat throughout the home.
