Pool heater diagnostic. Looking to see if pool heater has a leak. After a thorough. diagnostic no leak was found and the pool heater is properly operational
Today, I installed a Navien NPE-240A tankless water heater near Princeton University. The unit's high efficiency and compact size made it ideal for the limited space. I removed the old tank-style heater, then mounted the Navien on an interior wall. I installed new gas lines to accommodate its higher BTU requirements and vented it using PVC pipes. I also set up the condensate drain and connected the unit to the existing water lines. After programming the temperature settings, I tested the system to ensure proper operation and optimal performance.

Conducted annual maintenance on multiple HVAC systems. For Goodman GSX130361 3-ton split system, cleaned condenser coil with Nu-Calgon 4291-08, replaced 35/5 μF dual capacitor, and verified refrigerant charge (subcooling: 10°F). Serviced Mitsubishi MUZ-FH12NA mini-split: cleaned indoor coil with Nu-Calgon 4171-75 spray, replaced air filter, and checked refrigerant levels (superheat: 12°F). For Trane XR17 2-stage heat pump, model 4TWR7036A1, performed following: cleaned outdoor coil, tested compressor windings (resistance within 10% tolerance), inspected reversing valve operation, and calibrated TH8321R1001 thermostat. Checked all systems' electrical connections, tightening as needed. Measured supply air temperature drops: Goodman 19°F, Mitsubishi 21°F, Trane 18°F. All systems now operating at peak efficiency.
Provided an estimate for AC installation and ductwork repair. Evaluated the existing HVAC system and duct layout, recommending a high-efficiency AC unit for optimal performance. The estimate included removing the old unit, installing the new system, and repairing damaged duct sections using high-quality materials to ensure proper airflow. Detailed the costs for labor and parts, ensuring transparency and a comprehensive understanding of the proposed work.
