Dustin and his helper both were very courteous and pleasant. When he arrived, he went over everything that was going to be done. He cleaned up everything and hauled it all away with no damage to the yard. He is also very quick in returning emails. Great service, great communication great price and I was very pleased! I would highly recommend him and would use him again in the future!

Dustin's was able to send Mark out the same day I called about our water heater issue. He was able to provide me with information about our water heater and the common issues that happen with aging of the units. We will keep calling Dustin's for our future service needs.

Completed the first furnace service of the year. Inspected the heat exchanger for cracks and cleaned the burner assembly to ensure efficient combustion. Tested the ignition system and checked the flame sensor to prevent potential issues. Verified the operation of the blower motor and lubricated moving parts. Checked and adjusted the thermostat for accurate temperature control. The furnace is now running smoothly and ready for the colder months ahead.
Replacing old blower motor with a new one due to loud obnoxious sounds. Bearing on old motor was warn out and going bad.
Serviced Hayward H400FDN pool heater. Diagnosed faulty thermopile, replaced with OEM FDXLTER1930. Cleaned heat exchanger using muriatic acid solution. Adjusted gas pressure to 4" W.C. Replaced corroded igniter electrode. Verified proper voltage at control board: 24VAC. Tested safety switches: high limit, water pressure, and flow. Adjusted burner air intake for optimal combustion. Final test showed 140,000 BTU output and 84% efficiency.
